Invoices & Subscription
In this article, you’ll learn how to manage billing information, payment methods, and your subscription in the account settings.
Manage Billing Information
In the Billing Information section, enter all the details you want to appear on your invoice:
- Company name
- Company address
- Invoice recipient email
We automatically use this information when sending your invoices.
Enter Tax IDs
In the Tax IDs tab, you can provide one or more VAT identification numbers (VAT IDs).
Set Payment Methods
Under Payment Methods, you can specify your preferred payment method for monthly or annual billing.
Currently supported:
- SEPA direct debit
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Your Subscription
In the Subscription tab, you’ll find your individual offer, which we have coordinated with you.
- We create a customized offer based on your feature needs.
- You can accept this offer directly in the portal.
- An accepted offer automatically turns into a subscription.
View Invoices
In the final Invoices tab, you’ll find an overview of all previous billings.
- Listed in reverse chronological order (newest at the top)
- Includes amount and payment status (paid/open)
- You can download all your invoices as PDFs at any time
