The digital personnel file consolidates all important information and documents about the employee in one place. This article explains the individual sections in the profile.

Overview of Sections

You can find the digital personnel file in an employee’s profile. It is divided into four main sections:

General

Here you will find basic information such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Personnel number
  • Profile picture

You can edit the name, email address, and personnel number directly.

Master Data

This section contains the most important employee data, organized in a structured way. It consists of individually configurable fields and field groups. This allows you to flexibly adapt it to the needs of your company.

Document Management

Here you can upload all relevant files such as employment contracts, certificates, or proofs and share them directly with the employee. Employees can also upload documents in their own profile.

Contracts

In this section you can:

  • Create employment contracts
  • Add or edit contract attachments
  • Have documents digitally signed

All directly in the profile and stored in an audit-proof manner.

Access Rights

Whether someone can access the digital personnel file of a specific profile depends on the assigned rights.
