Payroll Information

Payroll information is part of the digital personnel file and contains all important data related to payroll. This article explains the individual elements.

Accessing Payroll Information

You can find the payroll information in an employee’s profile under the “General” tab. There is a dedicated section called “Payroll Information” there. Extended permissions are required for this area. Make sure you have the necessary access rights to view and edit the payroll information. Employees can always view this data in their own profile, but cannot edit it.

Elements of Payroll Information

Payroll information includes the following fields:

  • Employee Number: A unique identifier (number) for the employee within the company. This is used, for example, in the DATEV integration to correctly assign payroll statements.
  • Entry Date: The date on which the employee started working at the company. This date is used, among other things, for the pro-rata calculation of vacation quota.
